Integrity at LB homes is defined as always doing what is right. Sometimes the right thing causes us immediate hardship, but in the end is a true reflection of the image of God. Our standard for living with integrity at LB Homes reflects the unique person of Jesus Christ, as revealed in the Bible. This standard propels us to love well and engage others with a sense of their well-being while honestly living with strength and purpose.

At LB Homes we define compassion as living with an open heart to show we care. This is primarily referenced in the person of Jesus Christ, who spent times in tears with those who mourned and enjoying good company with those who surrounded him. It is in the reflection of Jesus Christ that we engage our care with openness and empathy as we tend to the needs of those who seek our care.

Caring for elders is the primary focus of LB Homes for over 100 years. We are dedicated to serving others. In this historical root is our standard for our staff. We require our staff to display dedication not only in how they care for others but also in how they engage co-workers and the tasks at hand. When we consider the life of Jesus Christ it is easy to recognize stress points in his ministry, however he remained dedicated to paying for the sins of the world. We aim to reflect this level of dedication, where the top priority is remaining consistent with our purpose statement in caring for those we interact with daily.

LB Homes has a number of facilities that all work in unison to provide a wide-spectrum of care. Many of our residents started their experience at LB Homes in one of our many other services. The call for teamwork doesn’t only impact the locations a person works, but also stretches outside specific locations. Our definition of team work reflects the work of the disciples in the New Testament, where a young group of leaders banded together to accomplish a goal of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is in this light that we stand, inspired to unite and carry each others’ burdens in caring for those who are residing at LB Homes.

We are a service oriented people at LB Homes. Sometimes our service involves supporting other team members. However, one of the important five core values we hold tightly to involves serving our customers. Our team is held to the task of providing significant customer service that is lasting and effective. This view finds grounding in the ministry work of Jesus Christ. We recognize that Jesus was primarily concerned with serving the world, paying the ultimate price to bridge the gap to a loving heavenly father. With this in mind we provide customer service that is focused on the customer, not the organization.
