LB Homes is driven to excellence by our purpose and core values. For over 100 years we have cared for our elderly with Christ-centered care and support. In 2019 this vision was renewed as we restructured our organization to better engage our purpose and core values.
As a member of LB Homes you will be required to agree with and align your practices to our purpose and core values.
The purpose of LB Homes is to provide Christ-centered care and support. We do this by engaging our community to see the value each individual has. We center this value on the reality that everyone is made in the image of God. As a Biblically-based organization, we understand that God placed his only son as a value statement for the world. In the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ we see the lengths God’s love and care extend. It is with this foundation that we recognize all of humankind is honored because of the life and death of Jesus Christ. When we provide Christ-centered care and support, we do it in the reflection of Jesus.
While we don’t require our employees to hold a Biblical worldview, we do require them to model their care after the image of Jesus Christ. That means our employees are held to treating everyone with integrity, compassion, dedication, team work, and service.
LB Homes values the employees and offers competitive pay for the positions we have available.
LB Homes supports you as an employee. There are a number of financial benefits for you at LB Homes. Notably, LB Homes offers a 4% match when you place 5% or more into your 403b at LB Homes.

We are a ministry, understanding the need for work/life balance. You have opportunities for support that not only exist in the organization, but inside your circle of coworkers who quickly support you in challenging times.
Depending on your certificates and years of experience we offer some of the best working scenarios in the region. Not only are you compensated for your knowledge and experience, you’re afforded an opportunity to work and engage your family. LB Homes is a great place to work as you care for our residents and clients and as you support and raise your family. We strive for a healthy and God-honoring work/life balance.
LB Homes provides an employee assistance program (EAP) for mental health services with a confidential counselor who provides care for individual counseling, marriage counseling, financial counseling, and other mental health cares. This program is completely confidential. LB Homes does not have access to an individual’s name who uses this service. It is a significant benefit we offer our employees to care for their needs as they care for our residents and clients.
LB Homes provides tuition assistance for our employees. That means if you are currently in school, or would like to go to school, we provide reimbursement for your tuition, books, and associated school fees.
