CHRISTENSEN GIVES PERSPECTIVE ON CARE FOR VETERANS

Aaron Christensen has stories. One of the most challenging scenes from his recent deployment was setting his mind on peace keeping while insurgents pushed against military efforts to establish perimeters for humanitarian work. He is an active duty military chaplain part of LB Homes’ exceptional chaplain staff, and he is bringing a message for our community.

Aaron will share about his service and how to care for our military men and women in two separate events in our region. November 10th at 6pm Aaron will share at the Veterans Service hosted by Bethel Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls. Four days later, on November 14th at 6:30pm, Aaron will keynote a presentation on care for our service men and women at Hope Lutheran Church in Barnsville. The two events will highlight some of Aaron’s experiences in the military, illuminating special ways to best care for our service men and women as they return to our communities.

Bethel Lutheran Church is located at 702 W. Alcott Ave in Fergus Falls, MN. The service is at 6pm on November 10.

Hope Lutheran Church is located at 807 5th St. SE in Barnseville, MN. The presentation will begin at 6:30pm on November 14.
